Reservation
  • Reservations for group tours are accepted until the morning of the day before the participation date.
  • Reservations for private tours and services are accepted up to XNUMX days before the participation date.
  • In order to enroll in insurance for the tour, we will receive your name (alphabet), date of birth, gender, and passport number by 15:XNUMX the day before the tour participation date. *Please refer to our privacy policy.
Fee
  • Please note that the product details and prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice due to various circumstances.
  • Before the start of the tour, if there is a change in the fee due to revision of the fare / fee of the transportation company, etc., fluctuation of the exchange rate or other reasons, the fee may be changed. shall belong to

 

Our responsibility and disclaimer
  • The Company shall not be liable for compensation if the customer suffers damage due to the following reasons.
  •  If the customer suffers damage due to intention or negligence of the customer or a third party
    • Change or cancellation of tour schedule due to natural disasters, weather conditions, riots, or any of these
    • Accidents or fires at transportation/accommodation facilities, or changes or cancellations of tour schedules due to these
    • Government order or isolation due to contagious disease, accidents during free movement, food poisoning, theft, forgotten items, damage to belongings
    • Delays, strikes, interruptions of transport facilities, or changes in tour schedules or shortening of destinations or stay times caused by these
    • Non-participation of the tour due to delays at the meeting place or departure place by the customer, or non-participation of the tour due to failure to contact by phone or unconfirmed e-mail
    • Change or cancellation of the tour schedule due to the number of participants not reaching the minimum number of participants for the product
  • If the customer cannot receive the service under the tour contract for reasons other than our disclaimer, etc., we will refund the price for the part related to the provision of the service.
  • If we intentionally or negligently inflict damage on the customer, we will compensate for the damage according to Vietnamese law (only if we notify you within 3 days from the day after the damage occurred).
  • The scope of responsibility for our travel conditions is governed by Vietnamese law, and travel agency agreements based on the Japanese Travel Agency Law are not applied.

 

Customer Responsibility
  • If the Company suffers damage due to the customer's intention or negligence, the customer will be compensated for the damage.
